By accessing or using our website, making a donation, registering for an event, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

                ⚠️ Important: Our organization is a 501(c)(3) public charity registered in New York State (Registration #46-30-22). All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
            

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a donation or register for events. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with parental or guardian supervision. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Donations and Refund Policy

All donations made to Duchess County Real Estate Charity Golf, Inc are final and non-refundable. If you believe an error has been made, please contact us within 10 business days at contact@dutchesscharitygolf.org. We will review donation errors on a case-by-case basis. You will receive an official tax receipt via email for any donation of $250 or more, as required by IRS regulations.

3. Event Registration, Cancellation, and Weather

When you register for a charity golf event, you agree to the following:

Payment: Registration fees are due at the time of booking.
Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Organization: If we cancel an event due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or low registration, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Code of Conduct: All participants must behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove anyone displaying unsafe or inappropriate behavior without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and event descriptions, is the property of Duchess County Real Estate Charity Golf, Inc and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. User Conduct

When using our website or attending events, you agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or defamatory information.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Use our website for any illegal purpose.
Harass, abuse, or threaten staff, volunteers, or other participants.

6. Limitation of Liability
